Hey, I have some great news! They say that prices are often increased but never decreased these days…well, we don’t like that idea!
Last week we decided to decrease our price for Fridays!
The new price for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception package on Fridays will be:
January: $5,000
February: $5,000
March: $5,000
April: $7,600
May: $8,000
June: $8,500
July: $8,500
August: $8,500
September: $8,500
October: $8,000
November: $5,000
December: $5,000
Remember the package includes:
14-hour day of rental from 9am, early set up and late clean up can be arranged based on availability.
Set up and breakdown of ceremony
Set up and breakdown of reception. No clean up required by the guest.
White resin garden chairs for the ceremony
An adjacent lawn for outdoor ceremonies that has the marina as a backdrop
20 (60”) round tables
10 (30") pub/cocktail tables
9 (8’x30”) banquet folding tables
2 mobile mahogany bars (6' & 8')
Up to 150 white Chiavari style chairs
White full length white table linens
Dance floor
A separate building (just across the street) to use as your bridal suite the day of the wedding.
An onsite venue representative who is available through the planning process and is onsite the day of your wedding.
Various vases and candle votive holders available to use
2 white easels - one tabletop and one floor sized
plain gold arch/backdrop
CYCE staff will work with you throughout the process to help guide you to the appropriate food, beverage, and other vendors to ensure you are getting the best options for your budget.
At CYCE we do not have a liquor license. That means that you can bring your own liquor to our facility. Most people buy their liquor at a discounted place (i.e. Costco/Sams/etc) and then hire a licensed bartender to serve it to you. It also means that you have control over your beverage options - for example you can serve just beer and wine, or maybe even have a cash bar. It's up to you. This is important because other places have both a venue fee and a mandatory beverage package. Sometimes the Beverage Package can be equal to or more than the venue fee.
Sonos sound system with speakers inside and on the porch.
Microphones that work with the A/V system.
A catering kitchen for your vendor to use to prepare your food. Kitchen includes ice freezer for bags of ice, large commercial refrigerator, and a commercial dish washer.
When you start looking at the details, you will find that other places charge for a lot of those "extras". We don't think they are extras.
