Our space is available for public rental. The space available encompasses the lower level of the building which provides expansive views of the yacht basin with a covered porch, and a side lawn, giving guests and families the chance to enjoy Lake Charlevoix at its finest.​

SMALL EVENT ROOM
Our Annex offers two sitting areas. The one featured here resides in the front of the building next to the built-in bar. It has a fireplace and small round tables (4) with chairs (18) for more intimate settings.
